Our state of the art numerically controlled (CNC) punching machine and tools are invaluable in obtaining close tolerances with high repeatability.“Secondary” operations for integrated bending, tapping, countersinking allow for delivering finished parts in one operation, reducing handling and part cost, and likewise increasing first-time quality. We provide turret punching of small detailed parts as well as heavy-gauge, large fabrications. Our extensive tooling inventory allows us to keep tooling costs to our customers to a minimum and allows us to punch parts with fewer hits, resulting in increased cycle time and a smoother edge finish.
